Moving Distribution List

I have a large distribution list contained in a private folder in Outlook
2003. I am trying to copy the list into the Contacts in the Public Folders.
Upon trying to copy the list over I get an error message saying: 'Can't copy
the items. Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs
and try again. I'm running Exchange on Windows SBS 2003. I'm not confident
that resources are an issue as it seems like it's bombing out and just giving
this default error message. There is nothing noted in the Application log in
the event viewer.

Any advice and help welcome.

How many members are in this DL? The limit for an Exchange mailbox or public folder is about 120.
