Moving emails and folders

Is there anywhere a step-by-step guide on how I can transfer my emails and
addresses in address book from OE which is running with Win ME on my laptop
across to my desktop which has Outlook and has Win XP. I can't attach a
cable, but can burn items on to a disc. I don't know which files to copy over
and how to place them in the correct place.
