Moving emails from Outlook 5 for Mac to Outlook 2003 for PC

We are in the process of moving emails from an old iMac to a new
Windows XP PC. (Sorry Mac folks, I love Macs too...). Our emails are
in Outlook Express 5 for OS 9. What is the best way to transfer all of
my contacts, archived messages, and folders from Outlook for Mac to
Outlook 2003 for Windows?

Outlook Express gives me an option to "export contacts," but what do I
use to export the actual emails?

There isn't a way by which you can do that. I dont have an idea if this can
be done by some kind of a script. YOu can contact MVP guys for that
