Moving Emails in outlook 2003

We have a w2k3 domain and exchange server. We have a user that has outlook
2003. That user has over 5000 emails in her sent items folder. When she
tries to move them to her pst she gets an error message that it can't be
moved. Is there a limit on the number of emails that can be moved at one time?

I don't know of any such limit, but try moving, say, 1,000. Does that work?
