Moving entourage email messages and contacts to a new computer

I just got a new mac, and want to move my current Entourage 2008 contacts and messages. How do I accomplish this?

The easiest way to do so is to copy your Microsoft User Data from
~/Documents on the old Mac to the same location on the new one.
