Sue the way this works is someone creates an appontment on their calender and then invites all the personel that have this rule set up on their machine, so it is an appontment to start with. After the email witch is the carrier for the appontment is recieved, the rule then moves it or a copy to the vacation calender. I hope this makes sence!!!

has worked for years. One thing I did not tell you is that My I.T. gu
deleted my email account on accedent and then created it again and that'
when my trouble started, in fact all my rules stoped working and I had t
del. all of them and recreate them
