moving folder from one email account to another

i need to move my folders from web based yahoo mailsender
email account into my new outlook account. i have moved
the inbox but cannot work out how to move the folders
without having to take all the emails out of the folders
and putting them into the inbox and moving them the same
way. Is there a simple way to transfer the folders as
they are straight into outlook?
