Moving from Outlook Express v6 to Outlook 2007

I would like to move my email and contacts from Express on an XP PC to
Outlook 2007 on a Vista PC. can you help?

You need to move the outlook express mssg store to the Vista PC
Then make that msg store available to Windows Mail, the new outlook express.
Finally Export msgs from Mail to Outlook
PS doent forget to copy also the wab, windows address book
