moving mail and address book

I'm trying to move my mail messages from one computer
(Outlook Express 5.5) to a new computer using Outlook
2002. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be
appreciated.

Export your OE content (several dbx-files) from your old computer to Outlook
on your old computer and copy the Outlook content (pst-file) to your new
computer

or

copy your OE content from your old computer to the new one and configure OE
there and use export in OE or import from Outlook

You really need to define "Nothing seems towork" is this doesn't help you
