Moving MS project to new computer

Hello!

The company that I work for has bought me a license for MS Project 2007. I
no longer have any use for it since I do not work as a project leader
anymore. My question is therefore how I unregister it from my computer so I
can install it on the new project leaders computer?

I need to move Project 2007 to a new computer and the original software was
downloaded. How can I load it onto the new machine if I don't have the
installation disk and where can I find the product key for activation? I need
to download it again, I assume, but don't want to pay for it again.
