Moving multiple folders help needed

I've recently moved hundreds of folders and subfolders from my Windows
Outlook onto my Mac and imported them into Entourage using Outlook2Mac.
The problem I have is I'd like to recreate the folder structure I had in
Outlook, but to rename and move 400 or so folders will be a real pain.

If I could move multiple folders into subfolders it would be a big help,
but from what I've read in the newsgroup there is no way to select
multiple folders. A custom view is mentioned, but I don't see how I can
use that to move the folders. Any guidance from anyone?
