Moving OE .dbf User-Created Folders to Outlook 2003

How do I migrate OE .dbf folders that I had created from Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1123 to Outook 2003? I plan to use Outlook as our home email client to access a Comcast.net server. I was able to move the Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and Address Book by using the Outlook Import/Export tool. However, I have about 20 OE .dbf folders that I have not been able to move into Outlook. It doesn't appear that Import/Export tool will move them. Thanks.
