moving of notes created in Outlook

I would like to know if you can move notes created in Outlook to the desktop
for easier viewing? It has been suggested to move the note to OneNote or to
copy/paste. I am not sure what OneNote is and the copy/paste feature is
greyed out which makes this option not available. Any help on this issue
will be greatly appreciated.
