moving Office to a new computer

I bought my employer's laptop and would like to load my
personal copy of Office 2000 Pro onto it, as well as move
my personal Outlook files from my old laptop to my new
one. Any gotchas to look out for? What's the best way
to move all my personal folders? (I can connect the two
systems on my home network, or use CDRW to transfer
files.)

The new machine has Office 2000 Pro with Win2000, but I
want to sure I'm legal.
