Moving Office xp for Students and Teachers to new PC

I am getting a new PC and I would like to move my current
copy of Office for Students and Teachers to my new PC and
remove it from the old PC. Since the product can only be
installed on one PC how do I uninstall it and in the
process reset the internal counter to let me to install it
on my new PC ?

Hi George -

You will have to call the Activation Center when you install it on your new
machine for another activation number. You will not be able to reset a
counter by uninstalling it on your old machine unfortunately.
