Moving Office XP Professional to a New Computer

I have Office XP installed on my Pentium 3, 933 Mhz, which
I am replacing with a new, faster P4. How do I transfer
Office to the new machine without violating the EULA?

Remove Office XP from the old system, and install on the new. You may have
to use the telephone activation method in order to activate. No big deal.

Also check the licence you have, if it's and OEM licence copy you can't
re-use it.
