Moving Office XP to another computer

My son had Office XP for students installed on his desktop
computer. He got a laptop to take to college so we
removed it from the desktop (which he did not take to
school) and installed it on the laptop. He is now getting
a message saying that Office is registered on another
computer. How do we unregister it from the old computer
so he can register it on his laptop.
