moving Office XP-upgrade to new computer

What is involved in moving my retail copy of the Upgrade
version of Office XP to a new computer. I understand
that I have to uninstall and reinstall and reactivate.
However, what complications does it being an Upgrade
version bring to the table. Do I have to install my old
copy of Office 2000 and then install the Office XP?

During the installation, just put in your Office 2000 CD when it asks for
the qualifying product. Then put back in the XP CD and continue the
installation.
