Moving old address book

Just installed 2003 professional upgrade. When in Outlook, I would like to be able to get to old address book that was set up when I had Outlook Express, Version 6. How do I move old address book over to Outlook?

If the Address Book is still being used with Outlook Express on the same
machine where Outlook is installed, you can go into Outlook and click File |
Import and Export | Import Internet Mail and Addresses, choose Outlook
Express from the list of programs, and make sure only the "Import Addresses"
box is checked.
