moving old phone book/email addreses to new computer

please help, have large address file in old computer want
to move to new computer

in the outlook software as email addresses

Create a pst file.
Select the FILE menu
Select NEW
Select PERSONAL FOLDERS FILE (.pst)...
Save the pst to a floppy or zip.

Then COPY your Contacts folder to the new
pst file that you created.

Now on your new machine, Open Outlook
Select FILE menu
Select OPEN
if you are using Outlook 2000:
Select PERSONAL FOLDERS FILE (.pst)... or
if you are using Outlook 2002:
Select OUTLOOK DATA FILE...
