moving outlook contacts between a desktop and a laptop

how can i move and keep in sync my outlook contact info between a laptop and
a desktop?

my new PC's have only CD's, no floppies, and I don't think you can e-mail a
briefcase back and forth.

I have solved this in another way. I don't read and write mail in the Outlook
of my laptop. I use Remote desktop to connect desktop and use the Outlook on
that computer. By doing so I have everything collected in one place.
