moving Outlook files

Need to move old 2003 Outlook email folders and address book to 2007 Outlook
running in Vista..
Searched for .pts files but there is only one called backup.pts
What are those files called?
I have a big address book and many received email folders.

Not .pts, but .pst - look in Control Panel | Mail | Data Files for
name(s) and location(s).
