Moving outlook.pst

I am reinstalling OL2007 and want to put my old outlook.pst folder in a
dedicated folder. I cannot find the outlook.pst file that is created when
OL is installed. I can open the old outlook.pst folderm but I still have
the Personal Folder for the original outlook.pst file on the menu. How do I
get rid of this?

Also I do not see a 'Send' button when composing a new email.
