The sassiest way is "drag + drop":
Just use the left mouse button to mark the page's tab (flag),
keep the button pressed,
drag the page in the title of a section in the navigation pane,
drop it there.
An alternative would be to use "cut + paste":
(1)
Right click on the page's tab,
select "cut" in the the context menu,
navigate to the target section,
mark a page,
right click there,
select "insert from the context menu.
(2)
Mark the page's tab,
click on the "cut" icon in the toolbar,
navigate to the target section,
mark a page,
use the "insert" icon in the toolbar.
(3) With the keyboard only:
Mark the page's tab,
use Shift+Del,
navigate to the target section,
use Shift+Ins (or Ctrl+V).
