It would be a godsend if you would set up OneNote such that when you move a
page to another section, all the associated subpages would move with it.
As it is now, I've got to (1) move them all separately, then (2) create a
blank subpage and (3) start dragging them back into subpage status. It
really is a pain in the tush when you have 10-12 subpages to move.
