moving project server

I need to move a Project Server from one box to another. Is this as simple
as reinstalling PS on the new box and then detaching the database from the
old server and attaching it on the new box?

Otto:

Almost. There are other considerations that vary by version. Of course, you
need to cleanup the database after transplanting it - like updating the
SharePoint connections and Intranet and Extranet URLs as well as possibly
the SMTP record.
