Moving projects to a new database

Due to several problems we are having with our current database, we would
like to test something. There are actually only 6 projects we'd like to move
to a new database. Our DBA who will be performing this states he can
actually recreate the schema, but is wondering if there is a tool out there
to use that may do this for him?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Gina --

One approach would be to save each of the six projects as .mpp files and
then import each of them individually into your new Project Server instance
using Tools - Enterprise Options - Import Project to Enterprise. Just a
thought. Hope this helps.

That's a good idea. That's also probably the cleanest way to do it (although
I'm not a database expert either). I will make that suggestion. Thank you
