Moving PST files in Outlook 2003

I have 2 PC's side by side, both with XP Pro and both
with Office 2003 Beta. The only difference i can think of
is the build version of the outlook 2003, on one its 5329
on the other 4920, i cannot transfer email (pst files)
between PC's , i have played with Data Management but no
success. Where can i get a more updated build?

Any suggestions?

One is BETA 2 and the other is the BETA 2 Technical Refresh.
