Moving/Resizing an object causes disconnects mouse/keyboard

Just upgraded to Office 2007. In PPT 2007, when I try to resize an object or
picture my systems mouse and keyboard (usb) are disconnected temporarily,
then reconnected. I have an IBM T60 with docking station.

This never happened with Office XP.

Any ideas.
