Moving Resource time from one task to another

Hi,

We use project web access to capture resources time. Project managers accept
the time every week. There is some time clcoked by a resource towards a task
and this time has been apporved by the manager, now the manager wants to move
this time from the old task towards a new task. Is it possible? If yes, how?
