System: Entourage 2008 running on Snow Leopard
Server: SBS2k3 with exchange
I receive several hundred emails per day at work (phone messages, faxes,
scans, plus regular email.) Because the staff needs to have access to all
the information, I've set up public folders for each open client matter,
where all the stuff gets sent. For example, an incoming message for the Bill
Jones file would be saved in the public folder "public folderspen
clients:Jones, Bill"
Upon the conclusion of the matter, the "Jones, Bill" file would be moved to
a different subfolder "public folders:closed matters:2009:" I seem to only
be able to copy folders, but not move folders, like I could with Outlook. Is
there a simple way to move a public sub-folder from one sub-folder to
another?
