Moving Subfolders Within an Additional Mailbox

We have several mailboxes that multiple employees access as additional
mailboxes in Outlook 2k3. We are running an Exchange 2k3 mail server. The
issue is that once a subfolder is created it cannot be moved unless you
actually log in with the username of the mailbox. Typically, we have that
account disabled to keep people from logging in with it. Anyone know of a
workaround besides creating a new folder and moving messages into it?

Add the mailbox to the current Outlook profile as a secondary mailbox.
