Moving Tasks w/ Protected Actuals in PS2003

I'm managing a Scrum project that I'm tracking using PS2003. I'm coming up
to the end of the first sprint and have had an epiphany that life would be a
lot easier for me if I restructured my project plan to be a master project
with embedded projects for each of the individual sprints. Unfortunately,
one of my team members accidently applied time (using PWA) to a task in a
subsequent sprint. Now I'm unable to move that task into one of the new
sprint projects. I get an error message that tasks w/ protected actuals
cannot be moved or deleted. I'll appreciate any suggestions on how to
overcome this.

Thanks,
Jim

Unfortunately, when you lock down the actuals to come from resources in PWA,
it makes it much more difficult for PMs to change their schedules.

But if the user "accidentally" applied time to a subsequent sprint then
shouldn't they delete those hours and re-submit the changes? If they do
that then the hours theoretically will be removed and you should then be
able to change the schedule.

Otherwise, the only other option is to have the administrator temporarily
turn off locked down actuals so you can change your schedule and re-publish.

But I think the first option to have the resource fix their mistake is much
more appropriate in this case.
