Moving text around cells without moving boarder lines

I have high lited some cells and put boardes lines around these cells.Can you
move text around these cells without moving boarder lines?

If you mean dragging the cells to other locations, well, when you drag the
formatting comes along for the ride!

You can do:

If the cell(s) contain constants...

Copy>Paste Special>Values

If the cell(s) contain formulas...

Copy>Paste Special>Formulas
