moving to bottom of a text

Simple question:
How do I move to the bottom of a text(and then back to the head)?
There are keys for Page Up and page Down, but what do I hit for whole manuscript Down, and then back to top?

I'm not putting right buzz words in Search: down, bottom, end, etc.
Where will I find the reply?

Hi Dix,

Go into Tools | Customize Keyboard. Select All Commands in the right
column, tab to the left column, which is an alphabetical list of
built-in commands in Word. You can navigate it by typing letters.

The commands you need are called:
StartOfDocument
EndOfDocument

I don't think shortcuts are pre-assigned to those particular commands,
but the dialog will show you if they are, and you can assign a different
shortcut if you prefer.

Simple answer:
cmd-end cmd-home

Those keytops may be labelled with SE and NW pointing arrows
respectively.

On a laptop, hold the function key down to make them happen instead of
left and right arrow.

I can't say where the 2008 help might be.

In Office cmd-mumble often works to exaggerate the effect of mumble.
...but not always.
