Moving upgraded MS Office XP

I have MS Office XP [which was a Dell installed purchase. I have th
CDs]. This was upgraded with MS Office Pro 2003 [I have the CDs] afte
2 years.
I now wish to move this to a new laptop. I assume I will have to pu
the original Office XP on first then upgrade using my Office Pro 2003.
Problem: I have mislaid the Product Key from the original copy. I hav
the Product Key for Office Pro 2003.

Q1. Is this the correct procedure?
Q2. Is there any way I can find the original Product Key, which
believe is required?

Any help gratefully received.
My thanks
Davi

I don't know that you will actually need the key to XP when you install 2003
on the new computer but........ Download and run Belarc Advisor on the old
computer. that will give you the key.

You just start the install of Office 2003 and when it asks for a qualifying media you follow the prompts and put in the Office XP disks when it asks.

Did you read the EULA and are you within what it say's as far as installing on another computer.
