Moving Views to New Server

Is there a way to move all of the Project Center, Resource Center, Portfolio
Analyzer, etc. views that are available in PWA to another Project Server?

I don't think that these views are files that can be just moved. Any help
would be appreciated.

Current Setup:
WSS 2.0 (no service packs)
Project Server 2003 SP1
SQL Server 2000 SP3a
FrontPage 2003 SP2

Okay, I haven't used this so I don't know how well it works. Go to
"www.microsoft.com" and type in "vbackres" in the search box. It will give
one result. This utility will backup and restore all views in PWA.

I have submitted a request to my Operations group to do this task (I do not
