moving worksheets between files

Hi,

On a monthly basis I need to move a worksheet from say the Novembe
file to the December file. The worksheet has lots of references t
other worksheets within the file, heaps of conditional formatting an
hidden rows.

When I move the worksheet it goes across OK (conditional formatting,
hidden rows) but the cell references point back to the old fil
worksheets whereas I want the references to pick up data in the ne
(December) file.

Does anybody know how this can be done, I've tried various ways o
cutting and pasteing without success. I ended up manually amendin
every call reference!

Before copying the sheet, replace all = with ^=, that will make all formulas
text,
(replace equal sign with ^= under edit>replace), copy over the sheet, once
copied over
reverse the replace and replace ^= with = on both sheets (source and new
copy)
