Mozilla tabs appearing when using Office

Whenever I try to access a shortcut to an Office 2003 file - Word or Excel or
Publisher the file does not come up and I get Mozilla tabs appearing along
the bottom of the screen indicating a Mozilla session is starting, but it
continues opening new Mozilla sessions endlessly.

The top of the screen has the Mozilla headings,,,,,File, Edit etc.. but I
cannot select anything because it is continually logging on more Mozilla
sessions.

If I open an Excel, Word etc shortcut, then open up the required file I
want, it accesses successfully. When I select the Mozilla shortcut to get to
the Internet it only opens 1 Mozilla internet access screen and I have no
problem with it.

How can I stop these never ending Mozilla logon screens whenever I access an
Office file?
