MP3 Background sound - embedded

Is it possible to have an MP3 file play as a background sound as an embedded
file inh a web page rather than linked/pathed to the MP3 file?

Yes. Do a Google search for EMBED MP3 in Website and you'll find a lot of
articles. Ex http://www.hypergurl.com/music.html

I'd also use a streaming file rather than forcing it to download before
playing. That would mean using the ".m3u" type file instead of the MP3
itself. Lot's of info available with a quick Google.
