MPP can not level a red resource!!!

Hi,

I have 2 projects published to project server 2003. UserX is assigned
tasks on both projects. Tasks are scheduled to start at the same time.
When I look at the UserX resource from Resource Sheet, its color is red
but there is not any indicator on the indicator field showing that the
resource needs day-by-day leveling. After I run the command tools/level
resources/level now, there is no change on tasks,working hour and UserX
resource remains in red. UserX is assigned both tasks at %100 max.

By the time, UserX has the admin. rights on Project server and he
published both projects to server. However, there was another
overallocated resource like userx, its no more red on resource sheet
after running leve resource command.

I think something is preventing UserX to be level, coudl you please
help me?

Hi Murat,

UserX is overallocated but on less than a day-by-day setting which is why
the indicator does not show in the resource sheet. See FAQ # 34
"Overallocation Occurring in Less than One Day" and
FAQ #28 "Resource Leveling Does Not Remove overallocation at:
