Mr. or Mrs. in Spell Check

This is a nit, but does anyone have a clue why spell check in Outlook
doesn't like Mr. or Mrs. or Ms.? If put any of them, including the
trailing periods, in a message and spell check the message, it never
recognizes that they already have a trailing period. In other words,
it wants to change "Mr." to "Mr..". If I accept the suggestion and
then run spell check again, it will want to change "Mr.." to "Mr...".
This is irritating!

What version of Outlook and what is the exact sentence it is having a
problem with? Also, if you put the same sentence in Word, does Word have a
problem with it?

"Mr. David Beckham scored a goal." spell checks just fine on my OL2k3

Some interesting research that you've caused. I'm using Outlook 2k3
SP2. This does not happen in Word. It does not happen when the
message format is plain text or rich text. It only happen when it is
HTML. Apparently html uses a different spell checker.
