MS Access 2000 date interpretation error

Devin Julien

I have an Access 2000 database that works fine on Win98.
If a user of Win2000 or WinXP tries to access it then
those fields that use the Date()/Date function appear with
#Name?. If the user tries to view or add a record that has
code tied to the action to determine date cutoffs the
system bombs with an error message 'Can't find project or
library' and the Date text within the code is highlighted.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to correct this
issue.

Thanks in advance.

I'm getting the same error, #Name?
Although I've not set up a Date function, I'm getting the error when
attempting to view a Data Access Page over an intranet. The system I'm using
to view the page W2K Pro with SP4; also gave the same error with SP3. The
web page is also set up as a "Trusted Site".
On the server, the information is displayed correctly in the web page.
I'm puzzled by this anomalie.
