I have a small tracking database with about five users. Recently when a user
logs in it locks all the others out of the database. I have been using this
database since 2004 and this just started happening. Anybody have an idea
why?

Make sure that every user has read/write/create/delete permissions in the
network folder containing the mdb file.

I don't remember the exact clicks because I am running 2007, but when they
open the file, make sure they are not opening it "exclusively."
