MS Access 98 interoperability with Windows 2003 Server

I am migrating an NT 4.0 server running a client/server MS Access 98
application to Windows 2003 Server.
Is MS Access 98 interoperable with Windows 2003 Server? Are there any know
issues with MS Access 98 running on Wondows 2003 Server?
If it does not run on Windows 2003 Server, will it run on Windows 2000?
