MS Access Add-in for Excel

hi,
i am using MS Access XP and MS Excel XP. i have downloaded installed the MS Access Add-In for Excel. whenever i start the MS Excel, i dont find the options "MS Access Form" and "MS Access Report" in DATA Menu. I check for Add-in but i find them installed. than i uninstall them and install again. Options appear in the Data Menu. i have to repeat the whole procedure whenever i start the Excel. anybody can help. it will be appreciated.
