Hello,

I have a problem that if I go to open the form then when I exit from the
form the above message occurs and Ms Access trying to compact and repair the
database.

In the bosx it says, Please tell Microsoft about this problem
We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve MS Access

Then there are buttons " Send error report" and " Dont send", when we click
anyone the MS Access will quit and prompt us to back up.

Any one can help me..what goes wrong. It is when I add addtional form base
on the copy of the form...and I modified the newone as necessary.

Make sure a complete Repair has been done. Then open the VBA of the form and
remove anything that is not there intentionally.

If that does not fix it, then I would recommend creating a new database file
and copying the objects that you want to keep into it.
