MS Access Installation / Won't load

I've un installed MS Office XP Professional and reloaded it. All the
applications work with the exception of Access.

When I attempt to launch the application the following window is displayed:

Microsoft Office XPProfessional with Frontpage

Please wait while windows configures Microsoft Office XP Professional with
Frontpage.
*********************************************************

It runs through it's configuration, completes and ends. The application
never launches.

Any idea's why and how I can get this application to launch?
