MS Access, maximum sizes

I want to build an application in MS-Access 97 that is
used temporarily (a few months). The application is used
through xx people and contains roundabout 65.000 records.
Is this possible and do the users have an acceptable
response time, what are the limitations?

The short answer is Yes. However.....

- How many people will be using it at the same time?
- What type of processing will be occuring?
- Will the user's just enter data and print reports?
- How much of the data will be queried?
