MS Access won't work

Instead of trying to repair or reinstall over the
existing damaged file try uninstalling, rebotting and
reinstalling Access.

Also when getting help online from Microsoft the number
they want is the one found under HELP... ABOUT MICROSOFT
ACCESS. However, is your number contains the letters OEM
you still won't get help.
